This episode is the Mac Lalor. 
Mac is a phenom in the Infantry and has been successful since his time in junior hockey to becoming an Officer in the 173rd Airborne in Italy to being and Airborne Ranger in the 75th Ranger Regiment. 
He'll talk about his experiences growing up in organizations with high expectations and how that set the standard for the rest of his life. 
He'll talk about family, relationships, mentors, and how these impacted him. 
He'll talk through what's on his mind as he makes the transition from active Army to grad school for him and his family. 
Most of all, he'll talk about the amazing experience he had in the Army and how he'll be sharing his story with so many outside of the Army.
