This episode is a continuation of our Signature Series. This conversation focuses on Preparing for Command with Matt Leclair and Trivius Caldwell. Matt will soon assume brigade command and Trivius is a soon-to-be battalion commander in the 82nd Airborne Division's Red Devils. 

They will discuss philosophies for leadership and vision for organizations. 

Matt will discuss communicating with multiple audiences using a doing, knowing, and becoming methodology. He will elaborate on communicating to different groups through their hands, their head, and then their heart. 

Trivius will lay out a philosophy of endurance. This can also be a metaphor for daily execution in a garrison environment and life in general. The four steps are:

  1. Get to the fight with energy
  2. Win the first fight
  3. Planning for the battle
  4. Enduring to win
