Jimmy is the brigade commander for the Army’s only Airborne Brigade in the Arctic & Pacific in the 11th Airborne Division. He shares his journey in the Army and some of the toughest lessons he’s learned as a leader in training, combat, and life. 

This conversation centers around leadership, organizational culture, and the type of environments that talented people want to be a part of. 

We’ll talk most bout our failures and mistakes along the way, and how leaders trusted in us. We discuss how to recommit after setbacks and tough situations.
