This conversation is with Charlie Shields.  Charlie is an Army Chaplain who joined when he was 17 years old, grew up as a Ranger, and helped stand up some of the most elite units of our time. He finished his enlisted years as a drill sergeant before going to school and becoming a Chaplain.
Charlie is on a different level in terms of passion and commitment to helping Soldiers and families. It is unmistakable when you listen to his story, that his heart knows the path that leaders should be on. We all can learn from his advice and counsel for those who want to inspire People.
We hope you enjoy the conversation with Charlie Shields.
