This conversation is with LTC Trivius Caldwell. Trivius is a fellow infantry officer with 17 years of Army service, who is currently pursuing his PHD at Duke university.
Next Trivius will take battalion command where a lucky group of Soldiers and Families are blessed to have him and Dorthea as their command team.
His passion for growing is best summed up in his life’s question “Who am I and what do I want to do?”
He prides himself on being the best father, husband, teacher, scholar, Soldier and friend he can be.
We’ll talk about People and experiences we’ve had, and how understating People better can help leaders tackle the challenge that comes with recruiting and retaining talent.
